My name is Destiny, and I’m a born-and-raised Austinite—what some might call a unicorn. Being a Curly Hair Specialist for the past five years has been more than just a career; it’s been my passion. From the moment I stepped out of beauty school, I dedicated myself to understanding the unique beauty of every curl type, texture, and density. As a Rëzo Curly Certified Hairstylist, I’ve invested deeply in my education, learning specialized cutting and coloring techniques to bring out the best in natural curls. But my learning doesn’t stop there. I believe knowledge comes from many places—brands, other stylists, and, most importantly, my clients, family, and friends. Every experience teaches me something new, and I remain open-minded and dedicated to growing in my craft. More than anything, I want every client to feel seen, understood, and empowered when they sit in my chair. I know the struggles many curly-haired individuals have faced—feeling misunderstood, not knowing how to care for their curls, or struggling to embrace their natural beauty. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can celebrate your curls with confidence. It would be an honor to be part of your curly hair journey. I hope to see you soon!
